Bill Payment Options

Standard Mail

Mail a check or money order to GSWSA in the envelope provided within your printed bill.  Mailing address is P.O. Box 2308, Conway, SC 29528.

Conway National Bank

You can pay your bill at one of the many Horry County branch locations of Conway National Bank(Must provide your billing stub as well as have a non-overdue account.  All overdue payments must be made via over the phone or at GSWSA’s Administrative Office).

Automatic Bill Payment/Draft

For your convenience, GSWSA offers draft service, which automatically deducts funds from your checking or savings account.  You can set up your draft online or by completing a draft card from Customer Service or Billing, and providing a voided check via mail or by coming into the office at 170 Jackson Bluff Road, Conway, SC 29526.

Automatic bill payment can also be made by drafting your credit card (Visa, Master Card, or Discover).  This type of draft can be set up online or by contacting Customer Service at (843) 443-8202. A payment must be made with your credit card for verification purposes before your account can be set up on draft.

All accounts will be drafted on the due date of your water and/or sewer account. (Any changes to draft account will need to be made 5 days in advance).

Credit/Debit Card

GSWSA accepts credit/debit card payments from Visa, Master Card, or Discover via online, by contacting Customer Service at (843) 443-8202, or by coming into the office.

E-Check

Making payments by check is available via online or by contacting Customer Service Department at (843) 443-8202.
