The Rural Water and Sewer Program was developed to give citizens living in unincorporated areas high quality, reliable, affordable, and professional water and sewer service.
Today, through our Rural Water Program, thousands are enjoying worry-free water service straight from the tap. Even better, with fire protection, many have lowered home fire insurance premiums.
Our Rural Sewer Program has been a tremendous success in providing Horry County residents an alternative to the headaches of septic systems. Many residents traditionally either struggled with failing septic systems or worse yet, were not able to build on property not suitable for septic systems. Today, there is an alternative!
