Payments are due 14 days after the bill date. If not paid by this date, a penalty is added and a past due notice is mailed allowing 7 additional days in which payment may be made. If payment is not received within the 7 additional days, service will be disconnected. The current bill, late penalties, and the appropriate reconnection fee must be paid before service can be reconnected.
