Service Line Maintenance Program

 Trust Your Lines to Us

One of the great things about being a new GSWSA customer is that you are automatically enrolled in our service line maintenance program. Existing customers can also request this service.  That means, when something goes wrong somewhere between the main line and the exterior of your house, GSWSA will fix it (excluding water meter). We’ll make sure the problem is repaired properly and in a timely manner. We’ll even assume responsibility for the repair of sidewalks, driveways or landscaping damaged in the course of repairs. Irrigation piping and fixtures, lines to out-buildings, pools and faucets other than in the primary building served are not covered under this program. GSWSA shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any special, incidental, intentional, consequential or indirect damages incurred by a customer. GSWSA's sole liability shall be limited to the repair and replacement of the value of the damaged property.

  • GSWSA will maintain your water/sewer lines from the main line to the exterior of your house.
  • GSWSA will repair damages incurred during repairs to water/sewer lines.
  • GSWSA will provide reimbursement for damage caused by repairs.

Monthly charges for service line maintenance are as follows:

Water and Sewer Accounts:
Water and Sewer Accounts, First REU:$2.75
Water Only Accounts, First REU:$2.50
Sewer Only Accounts, First REU:$2.50
Each additional REU:$0.55

Customer's failure to pay the fees described herein shall relieve GSWSA from any obligation of service.  GSWSA reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time with thirty (30) days prior notice to the customer.  GSWSA may adjust the cost for the service after providing the customer sufficient notification.  If a repair has been made by GSWSA, the service line maintenance program on the customer's account must be active for a minimum of three years before cancellations.  Please contact the Customer Service Department at (843) 443-8202 or via e-mail for any questions or additional information.
