Reporting Problems

If you experience a problem with leaks or low pressure, please contact Customer Service at (843) 443-8200.  If you experience a problem with odor, taste or discoloration of your water please contact Field Communications at (843) 234-8460.  A Customer Service or Field Communications Representative will be glad to help resolve any problems you may be experiencing.
