Notice of Upcoming Infrastructure Work - Forestbrook Area
Scheduled Dates: October 19, 2026 – October 30, 2026
Work Hours: Monday – Friday; 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Affected Area: Local water and sewer main easements (Affected Area Map)
Dear Customers,
Please be advised that SCDOT contractors will soon begin clearing tree stumps, roots, and vegetation around the water and sewer mains in the Forestbrook area. This site preparation is required ahead of the upcoming road widening project.
What to expect during this period:
- Service Interruptions: Brief outages to water or sewer services may occur while work is underway.
- Rapid Repairs: If an outage does happen, crews will work diligently to make repairs and restore service as quickly as possible.
- Work Hours: To minimize disruption, active construction will generally be limited to standard daytime working hours.
